Pendulum Gravitational Wave Meditation.

Lay down somewhere comfortable where you won’t be disturbed for a while. Close your eyes and start to relax the body. Take few deep breaths in....... And...out......in... And...out..... With each breath in draw in love peace and deep relaxation and with every out breath push out any anger, fear, tension, pain or discomfort.... Feel each muscle uncoil and melt into the bed below.... You are safe warm and deeply relaxed.... Take a minute or so allowing the whole body to release any tension until you feel in a state of deep relaxation. Now take your focus to the crown of your head and slowly soften each muscle moving down through your scalp and down to your, eyes, ears, jaw, chest, stomach, lower back, hips, thighs, backs of your knees down through your calves, ankles, soles of feet and out through your toes. Allow your mind to clear drifting away from any noise or daily chatter thoughts drift in and out again like clouds in the sky. Now... imagine suspended above you hanging freely in the air is a huge beautiful golden pendulum emitting golden light downwards over the centre of your body. You feel the warmth from this light as it filters through every cell flowing into all your veins throughout your intricate body. As you breathe in it starts to move the pendulum upwards through the centre of your body towards your crown and as you breathe out it sends the pendulum downwards through the body towards your feet. Each breath sends the pendulum further and further until It's swinging the whole length of your body. Feel as the energy of light swings downwards past your feet and upwards past your crown. As it passes through the centre of your body through each chakra point slowly feel the body and mind swinging into alignment and into total perfect balance! Swinging upwards and downwards.... Upwards and downwards..... As this motion gets stronger and stronger imagine the pendulum is connecting backwards to a time where life began. To the exact point of the creation of the universe it has found its ultimate rhythm from the beginning and back through to the now and beyond. As the pendulum swings through your body it starts to stretch your body through time and takes your body back to a time where it was in perfect health and strength. When you draw your breath outwards imagine bringing that perfect formed body back to the present moment in time. Carry on this image until you feel in total balance and free from any stresses strains pain or discomfort. Sit in this blissful movement and after a few minutes imagine the pendulum slowing down until it draws to a gentle stop hanging in the purest of moments in the NOW! As it hangs down suspended in the air. Imagine a beautiful white light travelling downwards through the centre of your body and see this light spreading outwards surrounding you in a beautiful white bubble of protection. Your are cleansed and in complete balance sit and enjoy these moments.

When you feel ready Slowly take note of any sounds around you and breathe deep breaths in.... And...out....in.... And... out..... notices any smells surrounding you and gently bring your focus back to the room you are laying in. Start to move your fingers and toes, your head from side to side and when you are ready slowly open your eyes.. Take your time to come round and sit up slowly and drink a glass of water. Consciously walk around feeling the floor beneath as you adjust to your new founded balance. Hope you enjoy this meditation I wrote it having been Inspired by the gravitational wave theory!
