"The consultation was great and I was able to gain the best experience suited to me.  Alexis helped to explain how reiki worked so I understood how it may feel.  Also how it heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field charging them with positive energy.  I had a choice of meditations to help improve my general health and wellbeing with reiki.  The room was very relaxing and ceated the perfect atmosphere.  The treatment itself was deeply relaxing and I could feel warm sensations and see colours.  After the treatment I felt very relaxed and calm but did have a headache that started a few hours later.  Alexis explained this can happen as we have worked with high vibrations and this can effect the body by deeply cleansing the soul.  It was short lived and I felt content and relaxed in the days that followed.  I would highly recommend Alexis as a reiki practitioner she was very easy to talk to and felt she really had my best wishes in mind.  I look forward to her energy classes too which will be starting soon."

"I had a very difficult time recently emotionally.  As a result I suffered anxiety and stress at a high level and this resulted in me having nervous stomach and digestive problems.  I turned to reiki as an alternative therapy as I wanted to avoid taking medication.  I received one session in person which was very relaxing and extremely calming and lasted a couple of days after.  Alexis then sent me absent reiki daily and I can honestly say, mentally I felt stronger and stronger by the day.  Alexis would notify me prior to sending me the reiki so whenever possible I would meditate and visualise.  I am so grateful for her help to get me back on track.  I feel almost 100 % in 4 weeks.  Alexis is very understanding, wise, sympathetic and empathetic towards people, which in itself is therapy when speaking with her.  I can not thank her enough.​  Also as she has help send distant reiki for other members of my family and has an uncanny way of knowing just how to help them too.  I wish I lived closer to receive hands on reiki more often."

"I found the consultation excellent and I felt at ease straight away and very useful for identifying my personal needs.  For my first time Alexis clearly explained what reiki was and how it would work for me.  I loved how she explained the story of how reiki began.  The music and room was set up lovely and was extremely comfortable.
