1st Degree level in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki​​

This level is all about yourself and your connection to the REIKI energy ‘Ki’. I personally recommend that you have had experience with reiki before or if not to have a few reiki sessions with myself. This will help to free your energy field from ay blocks and will help you channel the energy more easily. It will also allow our energies to merge and a good chance to build a rappour which is so important to have with your reiki master seen as they will become your mentor during your journey. Once this has been attuned and initiated it's s time to develop your skills further using energy exercises to strengthen your connection to the 'Ki' energy. You will also receive reiju empowerments just as the original students did from the Mikao Usui which I personally find to be extremely powerful and energising. With this first degree you will learn to heal yourself by channelling the ‘Ki’ energy through your body by using various hand positions and by developing intuitive methods of administering REIKI. This can be done quite literally by holding hands directly on or above your body or by visualisation techniques. Although this level covers applying REIKI to others too you should spend time healing yourself first. Once you've obtained a high level of self healing and fully cleansed your own energy field, then you may take these techniques and practice it for the highest good of others.​

​Practice is the key in the early stages. Daily energy work and meditations will get you used to the flow of ‘Ki’ energy and as time goes on you will feel it building. We will meet up over a number of sessions and take you through energy techniques and once complete to a level we feel the energy is working for you your certificate will be issued. This usually takes about 4 sessions to complete with the option to join my reiki share held weekly to sustain and grow your development. Take this first degree level to heal any blockages that you have contained inside this will enhance your life and changes will be for the highest good of yourself. With Usui REIKI you only have to be trained in 1st degree to start up as a practitioner. However if you wish to take the REIKI to whole new level and truly help others further and using REIKI symbols to strengthen your technique, then taking your 2nd degree would be beneficial and your next step.​

2nd Degree level in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki​​

This is an exciting level. After the attunement and reiju empowerment you will develop an even greater connection to the energy ‘Ki’ and this level teaches you how to take REIKI healing to others on a much deeper level.​ This is done by learning REIKI symbols to enhance the energy you channel. One in particular called the power symbol ChoKuRei which can be used in various ways. You will learn to send distant REIKI or absent healing as is sometimes known, to those who are not close to you and also send REIKI to the future to help with events such as exams and job interviews or special celebrations. If you wish to take your newly tuned skills to others you can now do so. This can be an exciting time opening up your chakras to help strengthen your connection to the 'Ki' energy. This covers helpful hints as to how to set up your own practice. Training takes place over a number of sessions normally 3 but again depends invidually. Often the 2nd degree is enough for most and they remain developing happily on this level without the urge to further their technique. If however you want to experience true fulfilment within and pass your knowledge onto others then you could be ready for the masters/teacher level.

3rd Degree - Masters in Mikao Usuri Reiki ​

​This is where REIKI takes a new lease of life and by now you should be able to easily channel the energy on a daily basis. It will have taken a deep effect on your own lifestyle and your thought processes. You may even have reached what is believed to be a higher state of mind and live in the 5th dimension able to meditate successfully. This is really the level where you sharpen your skills further and share those skills by introducing others to this ancient art form, learning new symbols to enhance the energy you channel. You will learn how to attune others to all levels and be their mentor throughout their journey. As with the first and second degree you will receive Reiju Empowerments along side the westernised attunements which will allow you to connect deeper with the energy 'Ki'. This is also the level where you will practice on family and friends to develop your ability to performing normal attunements and the Reiju Empowerments. You may even decide to design your own written works to accompany the Usui Shiki Ryoho training that you provide. You will also receive a teaching certificate on completion of attuning others to REIKI. Or you may just require this level for a personal achievement and offer attunements as a free gift to those close to you. Whichever path you take this training programme will enable you to take those steps towards enlightenment and bring you a true sense of oneness.
